At Serene Herbs, we want you to feel as good in our botanical-inspired apparel as you do in nature. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
